Spencer and her fiancé Joe had planned their wedding day for June 2nd and were pleased that all of their friends and family would be able to attend. But everything changed in early May when Spencer’s mom, Margaret, became severely ill and began receiving hospice services at home from Care Dimensions. Care Dimensions' staff suggested that if Spencer and Joe wanted to have a wedding ceremony with Margaret involved, the best timing would be that very day.
