Joyce Pastor was known for her charitable giving over the years. After being cared for by Care Dimensions, her family wanted to continue that spirit of giving in her honor.
In memory of their beloved mother, Danielle and her siblings placed a tribute brick along the walking path in the Garden of Remembrance at the Care Dimensions Hospice House and attended Tree of Lights. "We're especially grateful to support the expert and compassionate care other familes need at the end of life," she says.
To honor her best friend, Joe McKeown, Karen Hanks of Charlestown became a Care Dimensions Tree of Lights supporter in 2019, and continues to donate in his memory.
Harry decided to stop his chemotherapy in 2020 for a better quality of life, so Kathryn turned to the Care Dimensions hospice team for expert help at home. To better manage his symptoms during two health crises, Harry was transferred to the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln. "Because of the wonderful care from the hospice team, Harry died with dignity with his loved ones by his side," Kathryn said.
