Danielle Thorpe and Michelle McCall join Care Dimensions as clinical managers
Waltham, MA – Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care organization in Massachusetts, announces Danielle Thorpe, CLNC, BSN, and Michelle McCall, BSN, MSN, have joined its Greater Boston office leading multidisciplinary teams of nurses, hospice aides, social workers, and chaplains caring for hospice patients at home in the community.
Thorpe has more than 20 years of experience as an RN in the emergency room at MetroWest Medical Center, and most recently as clinical manager for a home care provider. She holds a certificate of Legal Nursing Consulting from Becker College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix
“I look forward to leading and supporting my team as they provide outstanding medical care and support to their patients and families, which is especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic,” Thorpe said. “All I have accomplished in my 21 years in nursing has prepared me for this opportunity and I’m excited to join Care Dimensions.”
McCall has 20 years of nursing experience in acute rehabilitation facilities, supportive living, home health and hospice. She received her master’s degree in nursing in Leadership and Administration from Capella University and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Massachusetts - Boston.
“I’m excited about joining Care Dimensions and leading this excellent Greater Boston team, to partner with patients and caregivers to develop customized plans that manage illness and honor personal needs and goals,” McCall said.
