How can we help?
The National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation has appointed Care Dimensions vice president and CFO Phil Cibelli as chair of its CFO Forum.
Care Dimensions is the largest hospice and palliative care provider to adults and children in Massachusetts.
As forum chair, Cibelli will work alongside NPHI senior staff to set meeting agendas and guide the meeting discussion for the membership of 75 hospice CFOs nationwide.
“We share benchmarking information and approaches used by the CFOs’ organizations and address topical issues affecting the hospice industry,” Cibelli said. “Most of our discussions now revolve around COVID-19-related financial and operational issues in dealing with the pandemic. As the pandemic crisis subsides, we will turn back to the issues of payment reform and innovative reimbursement models focused on quality.”
Cibelli joined Care Dimensions in 2012 as vice president and CFO, overseeing finance operations with responsibility for accounting, revenue cycle, treasury and investments, payroll and facilities management. He is a certified public accountant and received his master's degree in business administration from Bentley University.
