Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care provider in Massachusetts serving more than 100 communities, is pleased to welcome Gowri Nagaraj, Philip Cormier and Kevin Inman, DNP, MSN, RN, to its Board of Directors.
Kevin Inman, DNP, MSN, RN, a Marblehead resident, is the senior vice president of Patient Care Services and the chief nursing officer at Salem Hospital, a member of Mass General Brigham. Previously, he held executive positions focused on patient safety and quality improvement at health systems in Maryland, Indiana and Kentucky. He earned his doctorate in nursing practice at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky; completed a nursing fellowship at The Wharton School; and earned his Master of Science in nursing at University of Phoenix.
Phillip Cormier, a North Reading resident, rejoins the Care Dimensions Board after his retirement in 2021 from the Northeast Hospital Corporation, a member of the Lahey Health System, where he served as chief executive officer for seven years and chief operating officer for three. He previously served on the Care Dimensions Board from 2004 to 2007 and 2013 to 2017 and was also a member of the Finance Committee. He is a graduate of Suffolk University – Sawyer Business School.
Gowri Nagaraj, a Charlestown resident, is the director of Business Expansion at Point32Health, the company recently formed through the merger of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Previously, she was on the corporate strategic planning teams at Mass General Brigham Healthcare, New England Baptist Hospital and University of Kentucky Health System. She earned her master’s degree in health administration from the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor of Engineering in biomedical engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology in Karnataka, India.
