How can we help?
Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care organization in Massachusetts, has promoted Tracy Boynton, RN, CHPN, to clinical director of the Care Dimensions Hospice House in Lincoln. Boynton has more than seven years of nursing experience at Care Dimensions, providing clinical management and outstanding compassionate care to our patients and families.
“Tracy has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility at Care Dimensions, giving her the medical and clinical teams’ perspective we need in hospice clinical operations,” said Victoria Kury, RN, MBA, CHPN, vice president of clinical operations for Greater Boston. “As we continue to provide the best hospice care for our patients, we are excited to have Tracy assuring the highest level of quality support for both patients and the hospice house interdisciplinary teams.”
Most recently, Boynton managed evening, night and weekend nursing teams and nursing triage support services for patients and caregivers. Previously, she was a staff nurse at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
“Care Dimensions is a 24-hour support organization, so I have filled very important roles supporting both patients and staff,” Boynton said. “Our clinical teams want to make sure every patient is cared for, day and night, and answer any concerns and questions families may have. This is the kind of nursing I have always wanted to do: continuous care and support in a patient-centered organization.”
Before joining Care Dimensions, Boynton was a nurse for a long-term care facility. A Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse, Boynton received her associate degree in nursing from Bunker Hill Community College and her bachelor’s degree from Hope College.
