How can we help?
Care Dimensions, the largest hospice and palliative care organization in Massachusetts, has promoted Florence Exantus, RN, MSN, CHPN, to senior clinical director of long-term care and assisted living, managing four clinical teams serving patients with life-limiting illnesses. She joined Care Dimensions in 2013 as a hospice nurse and has held several clinical management positions. She joins the Care Dimensions Ethics Committee as co-chair.
“Our commitment to our patients helps to improve their quality of care and experience,” said Exantus. “Safe, compassionate care for every person who uses and relies on our services requires a collective effort and collaboration of everyone on the clinical team. I’m very proud to work at Care Dimensions.”
Exantus is a certified hospice and palliative nurse and holds a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix; a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo.; and a bachelor’s degree in applied behavioral science from National Louis University, in Chicago, Illinois. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, the largest accredited honor society in the world.
